There is no free trial. Your subscription is billed when you sign up, and first-time subscribers receive 1,500 welcome AI credits after the first successful payment.
What's the difference between Standard and Pro?
Pro Writer gives you 50 projects instead of 10 and 10,000 monthly AI credits instead of 5,000. Both plans use the best-fit model for each AI feature.
Do I save money billing annually?
Yes — annual billing works out to two months free. Standard Writer is $12.50/month billed annually (versus $15 monthly) and Pro Writer is $24.17/month billed annually (versus $29 monthly).
What happens if I hit my monthly AI limit?
Your manuscript and every non-AI feature keep working exactly as before. You can buy a one-time credit pack, add recurring monthly credits, or upgrade your plan.
How much do extra AI credits cost?
One-time packs are $10 for 2,500 credits, $20 for 6,000, or $40 for 13,000. Monthly add-ons cost the same and include 3,000, 7,000, or 15,000 credits each month. One-time credits remain available for 12 months.
Can I cancel or switch plans later?
Anytime. Billing is handled securely through Stripe, and you can switch between Standard and Pro or cancel from your subscription settings. Your writing remains yours to export whenever you like.
